OUR EXPERT PROCESS
When you begin your project with Imagination Design Studios, you are involved in the process every step of the way. From choosing rough sketches to selecting colors, you will be presented with several stages of approvals.
IDS will take care of your project from start to finish. Your build process is overseen by our expert project managers, with each stage carried out by our skilled artists. You’ll even receive photo updates to watch your office come to life.
Upon completion, your decor will arrive carefully packed and ready for installation by our team of talented installers. While they do all the heavy lifting (literally), and you can focus on enjoying your amazing new dream office.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Following your discovery meeting with a Creative Consultant, we diligently pass along your vision to our concept design department. Using their expertise, our team of designers transform your vision into detailed sketches that bring your imagination to life.rnrnThese sketches are carefully crafted to help you visualize the theming within your space and provide you with a clear understanding of the overall aesthetic of your project.
MURAL ILLUSTRATION
Our skilled illustrators bring color to your office by creating vibrant and dynamic murals, each one handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Drawing inspiration from your vision and brand identity, our illustrators expertly craft characters and landscapes that engage young viewers with their friendly faces and hints of humor.rnrnWhether you’re looking for calming landscapes or playful scenes, our team will work with you to design the perfect mural that complements your office aesthetic.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our team of skilled project managers work with you to carefully select paint colors, seating fabric, foliage, and gaming accessories that are tailored to your unique vision.rnrnWe then consolidate these elements into a comprehensive “Scope of Work” document, providing you with a detailed overview of your project so you know exactly what to expect in your finished space.
3D MODELING
With the aid of industry-leading 3D modeling software, our highly skilled character artists bring your concept sketches to life by transforming them from two-dimensional ideas into 3D digital models.rnrnOnce the 3D models are complete, our CAD department takes over, scaling them to fit your space and planning internal structures and attachment points to ensure a smooth installation process. With their meticulous attention to detail, they ensure that every component is precisely engineered.
STRUCTURE
We are dedicated to ensuring that our sculptures not only look amazing but are also built to withstand the rigors of daily use by young visitors. To achieve this, we incorporate a range of specialized techniques and materials, including internal steel armatures and wood framing, to create engineered structures that are both durable and safe. This approach also ensures that our sculptures are “kid-proof,” meaning that they can stand up to even the most enthusiastic young visitors without becoming damaged or unsafe.
SCULPTING
Our team of experienced sculptors are the true artisans behind our 3D artwork, bringing their talent and expertise to every project they work on.rnrnWhile a router may carve a rough shape out of foam, it is our sculptors who take that basic form and transform it into a work of art. PAINT & FINISHING
Once your pieces are finalized, they are encapsulated in our top-secret hard coat and painted by hand; bringing personality and vibrancy to every 3D sculpture.rnrnTo ensure that our sculptures remain bright and colorful for years to come, we apply a final clear coat that not only provides an additional layer of protection but also enhances the vibrancy of the colors. SHIPPING & INSTALL
