MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Imagination Design Studios products are durable and built to last. If you notice wear or damage, contact us right away! We’ll help you fix it!
- Please allow 5 business days for our team to review the damage.
- Creation of a replacement item or repair will then be scheduled into our production schedule.
- Shipping and labor costs will be covered if the damage is deemed “normal use” as defined in our Limited Lifetime Warranty – see below.
IDS THEMED DECOR
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
1. All structural aspects of the IDS designs are warranted against breakage under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
2. Installation performed by the IDS team is warranted against failure due to poor installation and best practices.
3. Repairs related to breakage under normal use may include coverage for labor and materials.
PRODUCTS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
3D SCULPTURE WARRANTY
All 3D-sculpted products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
If your 3D theming is damaged outside of warranty coverage, our team can still assist with repairs and restoration to help keep your theming looking great!
MURAL WARRANTY
All murals are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
We offer a range of solutions for damage, including patch stickers and full or partial wall reprints. Our installation team is also available for hire to assist with any repairs.
ELECTRONICS & FABRIC WARRANTY
Any third-party components, electronics, or fabric coverings carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
We may put you in contact directly with the manufacturer to speed up repair time. Our suppliers include: NunoErin, Kidzpace, and KeeBee.
