This multi-location healthcare provider, offering both dental and medical services, wanted to create a consistent yet personalized experience for children at each of their sites. The goal was to craft playful, themed environments that would ease anxiety and make visits more enjoyable for young patients.

To balance cohesion with customization, each location pulled from the IDS Essentials™ Collection for its mural design, providing a strong visual foundation with proven, high-impact themes. From there, our team developed custom 3D photo op characters to match each selected mural, giving every site a one-of-a-kind focal point that tied the space together and reflected the clinic’s personality.

Each space was thoughtfully adapted to fit the layout and functional needs of the location. Some received full wall murals, others opted for partial installations. Some included sculpted trees, 2D wall graphics, branded signage, or character-themed bookshelves and cubby benches. This mix-and-match approach allowed each facility to create a distinct atmosphere while maintaining a cohesive brand feel across all locations.

And beyond the walls? These clinics are set up for social success. The custom photo ops aren’t just great for calming kids, they’re also perfect for snapping pictures, sharing stories, and boosting online engagement. Each space becomes a backdrop for memorable moments that patients and parents will want to post about.
