Of course we love the 400+ offices that we have created, but what do the dentists and doctors think of their dream offices? From the ROI, referrals, retention, and the sheer joy of working in an amazing themed office, read on to see some of the great feedback we've received from our happy clients.
When we first moved in, I had a goal of achieving $1.2m in revenue and we met that. This year, we are on target to achieve $2m in revenue and I credit the theming with bringing in that additional $800,000.
I had my staff track every new customer for six months by asking them what it was that brought them to our practice. At the time, I had been spending as much as six thousand dollars per month on newspaper ads, TV commercials and even radio spots. I would have been happy had my new investment been responsible for 50% of the new patients tracked. You could have knocked me over with a feather when the results came in… a full 94% cited the theming above my entrance!
By utilizing theming and patient engagement we are gaining 250 new patients a month with almost no additional external marketing.
When we opened after installing the octopus on our roof we were seeing up to 59 new patients a day.
In one year we've gone from a startup, to full-on busy. I am sure we'll have too many patients within 2 to 3 years.
The kids love the theming. One of our groups has started referring to the clinic as "The Fun Center" cementing our desire to make this a place of wellness and development, not a place they are forced to visit.
Patients come into the office and are immediately comfortable and the parents can't stop taking pictures. They made my office the talk of the town!!!
Everyone loves the way it makes them feel when they visit. That alone has justified the investment we made.
It has been amazing to see the overwhelming positive reaction of parents and children as they come in for treatment. Providing exceptional care and comfort are foundational to my practice. Since the installation I have watched their joy increase immensely.
My first reaction to the final product was that I was filled with joy! They exceeded all my expecations.

The entire complex is warm and inviting. There are activities (TV, interactive areas, play corner) to help put the kiddos at ease.
The fun culture here starts from the minute you enter the vivid and engaging waiting rooms which are setup to entertain and nourish inquisitive minds so they can enjoy the experience, and look forward to their visits.
I'm sure they could've bought a beach house or a cool new car, but I'm so greatful they decided to spend the money and do this for the kids instead.
Let's talk about the decor. It is beyond cute! If you look really hard you can see little drawings of Dr. Mike giving advice to keep your healthy white smile!

Can I just say WOOOOW!! What an experience. We looooved the waiting room of course! Games & a movie theater for kids… great way to wait. Thank you all for helping my son love going to the dentist again!!
It's less threatening, as an environment, so they're more willing to come in and proceed with whatever treatment they need to get done. They always want to comeback.
We were a brand new office. When we opened our schedule was full within the first 6 months.
My first expression walking into my office for an interview was WOW!! I wanted the job at first sight just by how the office appeared.
I felt like I really had a sense of what I was doing in my office. From the online meetings and the markups that explained everything from colors and foliage, to the 3D models of my characters, IDS really created a complete picture.
